Consultancy Services for a Comprehensive Diagnostic of the Operating Model and Core System Capabilities of the Customs and Excise Administration in Indonesia
The Role
Prospera is is seeking the services of a qualified international consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive diagnostic and assessment of existing customs and excise administration operating model. The Consultant shall review the ongoing business process improvement program, ICT development, and organisation transformation initiatives as well as their delivery governance and approaches.

About You
The Consultant must bring a proven assessment and diagnostic framework tailored for the modernisation and digitalisation of customs and excise tax administration applicable in emerging economies.
Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
