Consultancy to Develop the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Action Plan
Prospera is seeking to engage an experienced firm to develop an RCEP Action Plan for Indonesia, building upon relevant work to date, which is expected to cover regulatory review to support implementation and compliance, support for accessing market access opportunities, and longer-term competitiveness building.

Overview of the Role:
The Consultant will prepare the RCEP Action Plan that is targeted for completion by October 2022. The Action Plan should provide a clear framework and directions, setting priorities for the different stakeholders, targets and timeline, while also providing a more detailed short-term plan. In preparing the first full draft RCEP Action Plan, the Consultant will also conduct the requisite regulatory review and economic analysis of the issues that Indonesia needs to address while also engaging with stakeholder particularly with the business sector.
About the Program:
Prospera is a partnership facility between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia working with the Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs (CMEA). It aims to foster strong, sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. Prospera is funded by the Australian Government and implemented by Cardno.

The selected firm will have extensive experience in advising on trade agreements, negotiations and/or implementation, legal expertise, economic analysis skills, and experience in engaging and working with the business sector to optimise market access opportunities. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and Indonesian policymaking process and business environment is highly desirable.
