Prospera seeks to an engage a Firm/Company to work with Prospera in support of Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) new Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) platform.

Overview of the Role:
The selected consulting firm will design and develop Business Process Learning Media and e-Learning Modules that can be delivered in line with the planned timeline to support the preparation of End User Readiness for the implementation of CTAS.
About the Program:
Prospera is a partnership facility between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia working with the Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs (CMEA). It aims to foster strong, sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. Prospera is funded by the Australian Government and implemented by Cardno.
About the Role:
The Consultant will design and develop internal communication videos and electronic training materials (introductory videos + SCORM e-learning modules) for the CTAS’s 21 Business processes plus an overview of the integrated system. The target audience for the communication videos and training materials is the relevant DGT staff throughout Indonesia. The Consultant is expected to regularly communicate with Prospera Principal Adviser and other members of Prospera Revenue Thematic Area on a weekly basis to update the progress of the assignment and seek input, as needed.

The Consultant is expected to have most suitable team composition comprising of highly qualified personnel with strong academic and professional background as well as extensive practical experience to deliver similar tasks as required. In addition, the Consultant must have portfolios that shows strong capabilities to deliver the expected outputs within the expected timeline.
