Overview of the Role:
Prospera’s collaboration with the Government of Indonesia on a new growth path identifies human capital as a key drive for long-lasting growth (alongside natural, physical, and social capital). This equates to increased government investment in inclusive skills, education, and health systems.

This consultancy will contribute to the following Prospera intermediate outcomes:

  • Inclusive skills, education, and health systems enhance human capital
    • Health data drives performance and investment in the health sector.
  • Strong public administration, data and good policy underpin development
    • Government embraces digital technology for greater efficiency and inclusion.
    • Robust data and quality statistics enhance policy-making.

About the Program:
Prospera is a partnership facility between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia working with the Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs (CMEA). It aims to foster strong, sustainable and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. Prospera is funded by the Australian Government and implemented by Cardno.

About the Role:
The successful firm will work alongside Prospera and the Ministry’s Data Transformation Office to: (i) scope the uses of health administrative data, assess the current data environment and evaluate interoperability across Directorate Generals in the Ministry of Health; (ii) develop the architecture for health ministry data with a focus on patient-centric design.

About You:
This assignment will be awarded to a consulting firm who have expertise in health data collection, standardisation, interoperability, and storage, together with health data design and use, delivery models and cloud technologies.
