About the Opportunity
Prospera is seeking to engage a Registered Training Organisation or Technical College to work in collaboration with Prospera and Government of Indonesia (GoI) partner agencies to design and deliver a training curriculum on ‘Women in Leadership’ for Indonesian civil servants. The curriculum will focus on capabilities to build leadership competencies for women at Echelon II, III, and IV levels in the Indonesian civil service. The curriculum will include modules on managerial, socio-cultural, and technical skills to compete in selection processes for senior level positions. The consultant will have significant expertise in the design, delivery, and coaching and mentoring Train of the Trainers (ToT) in a developing country context.
