The Role
Prospera is seeking to engage an experienced firm to develop a robust data governance strategy i.e., framework and tools that ensures responsible management of data collected through the OSS RBA system, specifically data sharing, by the organization. The focus will be on optimising the use-value of collected data while ensuring compliance with relevant data regulations as well as internationally acknowledged data sharing principles and norms,  enhancing data lifecycle management, and establishing data ownership.

About You
The Company will possess strong qualifications and experience to support Ministry of Investment / BKPM and is expected to meet the following minimum resource requirements:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in similar projects or undertaking relating to data governance strategy particularly on data classification and sharing. Similar previous projects in the Indonesian public sector will be a plus.
  • Strong team composition with deep expertise in IT-related legal compliance legal, data governance architecture, and business licensing process.
  • A deep understanding of the OSS RBA business licensing system.
  • In depth experience and understanding of Indonesian regulatory landscape, decision-making process in Indonesian government institutions, and relations with the stakeholder involved.
  • Based in Jabodetabek area and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is necessary.
