The Role
Prospera is seeking the services of a highly qualified consulting firm to conduct a series of diagnostic exercises. The comprehensive modelling and analysis will aid the Indonesian government’s decision-making in designing policies and regulations for a manageable energy transition in Indonesia.

About You
The consulting firm must be financially sound and have:

  1. a track record of delivering high-quality consultancy services on strategic economic and policy issues, in particular climate and energy diagnostics;
  2. a proven approach and methodology to deliver similar diagnostics in Indonesia and other transition economies;
  3. technical and sectoral expertise; and
  4. excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills composed of team members with extensive experience, combined skill sets, and a level of effort to produce high-quality outputs within the expected time period.

Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
